UX/UI Design Case Studies

During my UTSA UX/UI Design bootcamp, I worked individually and in groups to create these case studies. UX/UI design is a passion of mine and I would love to help you with any user insights you may need!

RHYTHM PATH

Worked with the owner of Rhythm Path to redesign his website and create a mockup website. This was a group project where we created a responsive redesign for web and mobile.

Great Dane Rescue of North Texas

Responsive Redesign focusing on the wants/needs of the user to make a connection with the dogs.

Canadian Space Agency

Responsive Redesign by condensing the information and navigation to be a simple & fun user experience.

toto app

Created a mobile traveling app solely for people traveling with their fur babies.

diatrack app

Through competitor analysis we determined strengths and weaknesses to make a user friendly and simple way to keep track of diet and exercise.

THOUGHT PROCESS

The first thing I do when doing user research is empathizing with the users, learning about the audience. Next would be identifying the users’ needs to define the problem. The next stage in the process is to Ideate (generate ideas and concepts for design).  Once all ideas are out, I start making prototypes which turns all those ideas into concrete examples. After prototyping stage is complete, it is important to do user testing to see what works and what doesn’t, and iterate the designs based on that until we get our final product! But it doesn’t stop there… there are future opportunities and always things that can keep improving over time as the world evolves.

A successful website does three things:
It attracts the right kinds of visitors.
Guides them to the main services or product you offer.
Collect Contact details for future ongoing relation.
